Our master chefs present Italian cuisine through a true gastronomic journey<\/strong>, exploring the most intriguing flavors and trends of Pugliese and Salentine cooking<\/strong>.<\/p>

The restaurant features two dining areas<\/strong>, one indoor and one outdoor, both set amidst a tropical garden with bamboo. The beautiful indoor dining room features large windows and is air-conditioned. <\/p>

The restaurant is open for breakfast from 7:30 to 9:00, for lunch from 12:30 to 14:00, and for dinner from 19:30 to 21:00. During dinner, in addition to the indoor buffet<\/strong>, you will also find the outdoor meat and fish barbecue<\/strong> every day.<\/p>

The service is a buffet-style setup<\/strong>, divided into stations: appetizers, first courses, main courses, fruit, and desserts. Water and house wine are included with meals. A wide selection of local and national wines<\/strong>, as well as various soft drinks, is available to guests. For guests with celiac disease, the following products are always available: crispbread at breakfast, muffins, bread, and pasta at lunch and dinner (no products other than those listed above are provided).<\/p>

One day a week will be dedicated to the “Salentine Night”<\/strong>, featuring games, pizzica music, and a large buffet of traditional cuisine. The evening is accompanied by Salentine music and some surprises for you to discover.<\/p>

Every evening at dinner, you will be welcomed at the restaurant entrance by our entertainment team. They will keep you company with live music, dancing, different fantasy characters<\/g> for each chosen theme, and mascots for the little ones. There will also be dinner shows and poolside parties with fruit and dessert buffets<\/strong> during the Salento evening. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
