We stayed at L’Araba Fenice with our two children and couldn’t have made a better choice! It’s an extremely well-organized, clean, and safe resort.
The staff is always helpful and attentive, the food is excellent, and the entertainment is spectacular – the kids had fun from the first to the last day.
The affiliated beach is beautiful and very close, with crystal-clear water and convenient facilities.
We finally found a place where you can truly feel on holiday. Highly recommended for families!

I can’t help but agree with the countless positive reviews of this village… as they say, the voice of the people is paramount. Everything was excellent, from the restaurant to the rooms, and the entertainment. And the sea—it made me, as a local from Puglia, regret traveling hundreds of kilometers unnecessarily when paradise is right around the corner from home… Keep it up!

We are spending the first week of July here at Araba Fenice, and what can I say? Everything is beautiful. As for the rooms, we are staying at the Casbah; our accommodation is comfortable, spacious, and charming. The Arabic style is truly captivating. Every morning, the cleaning staff come by to tidy up and provide fresh towels. The shuttle service to the beach is very convenient and punctual. The beach and the sea are picture-perfect. The food is wonderful—varied and delicious every day. The animation is also fantastic, with cheerful, active, and engaging staff. The manager is always present and ready to meet guests’ needs. In summary, the perfect family vacation is at Araba Fenice!!!

You couldn’t ask for more.
The manager has assembled an amazing team, always with a smile and attentive to every guest’s needs. The cuisine is top-notch: abundant breakfasts, endless lunch options, and dinners with roasts. It’s a vacation that could easily add 4 kg in a week!
The garden is beautiful and cleaned every day. The pools are truly large and suitable for everyone, with a slide for kids. The rooms feel like apartments. There’s a train service to the beach, and in just 3 minutes, you’re at the Caribbean-like beach of Salento (stunning). The train driver is fantastic and resembles Sandokan.
The Joy Summer entertainment team was perfect—always present but never intrusive. We never bored for a second here; every evening there are shows for both adults and children. The Salentine night and the foam party were fantastic. …soccer tournaments. In short, everything you could wish for. Thank you.
When you leave this place with a lump in your throat, it means you felt at home within a big family.

Professionalism, passion, courtesy, and friendliness—these are the adjectives that come to mind when I think of our recently concluded two-week vacation. We stayed in the Casbah; the room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The entertainers were wonderful, and the restaurant staff was always available and cohesive. The food was very good and varied. The overall facility was very well kept.
The shuttle train was convenient for getting to the beach, and the sea was nothing short of spectacular! In conclusion, we can confirm that we had a wonderful vacation in Salento and, finally (a rare thing these days), with an excellent quality-price ratio.
Thank you all once again for the wonderful vacation!

We stayed for a week in September. Excellent experience from arrival to departure. All the staff were friendly and polite. Spacious rooms with Sky, a safe, a small fridge, and above all, cleaned daily, including the linens. Convenient train service. The entertainment team was very friendly and well-prepared. Excellent food; for the entire week, we never ate the same things twice. Bottle-feeding area. Themed evenings. Clean pool. Wonderful sea. The manager is always present, ensuring everything runs smoothly. We will definitely return. Compliments!

We spent a pleasant week from July 8 to 15 staying in the Casbah. The apartments are very spacious, slightly separate from the main building, and have a very distinctive style. The property is surrounded by greenery with ample shaded areas. The food is truly of high quality, simple yet always very good, with all the waiters being super kind and helpful, including for the bottle-feeding service we used, where various broths, pasta, and a selection of baby food were available daily. A special mention to the manager, who is always present everywhere and very kind to everyone. There is a free shuttle train that takes you to the beach, just 5 minutes away, which is very beautiful and suitable for children. The animation is nice and enjoyable, especially Super Ciccio, who is super energetic with his dances. Recommended village, very satisfied!

We stayed at Araba Fenice for a week from July 29 to August 5… what can I say, we had a great time and left with a heavy heart. The village is well-organized, with excellent service and very good food. And the animation was truly top-notch, keeping us entertained and having fun all week. For the beach service, there is a shuttle train that takes you to a nearly Caribbean beach in 5 minutes… crystal-clear sea and very light sand. The only downside is that the train’s last run is at 7 PM; it would be convenient to have some evening trips to Torre dell’Orso. On the other hand, on Mondays, you can take an excursion to Otranto. A week that will remain in my heart. Thank you to the entire staff. .
